Upper/Lower Quads

The Upper and Lower Quads have acquired this fond nick-name on campus because each set of four buildings shares a common courtyard. The “Upper Quads” consist of Chi Omicron, Chi Kappa, Chi Lambda, and Chi Theta. The “Lower Quads” consist of Chi Delta, Chi Epsilon, Chi Gamma, and Chi Zeta. These residence halls are apartment-style and are normally inhabited by our junior and senior students who live on campus.

• Room: 11 ½ feet by 16 feet (2 rooms in each unit)
• Closet: 2 feet by 11 ½ feet (1 closet per room)
• Furniture
• XL-bed frame & mattress (1 per student)
• Desk & desk chair (1 per student)
• 3-drawer dresser (1 per student) or 6-drawer dress (shared by 2 students)
• Refrigerator (1 per unit)
• Couch (1 per unit)
