Concordia University, Irvine Archives is the official repository for the University’s valuable historical records, documents, publications, photographs, multimedia and other archival materials related to Christ College Irvine and Concordia University, Irvine. The majority of these archives are special holdings that are not found in the library catalog.
The role of the University Archives is to collect, manage, and preserve University records of enduring value and make them available for use in accordance with library policy.
Access and Use
The University Archives provides access to its holdings by appointment. All University Archives items must be used under the supervision of the library staff. The materials are non-circulating except for individuals who have been granted courtesy borrowing privileges by the Director of the Library. Visitors may request photocopies, but the library staff reserves the right to refuse copy services for fragile or restricted items. All materials are subject to current copyright laws.

The Archives is located in room 114B on the main floor of the library behind the checkout desk.
