Prof. Seltz is currently a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology. She has an MS in Organizational Development. Her research has focused on the Role of Gender and Self-esteem in Influencing Attribution of Behavior and Self-rating Performance. She has held various positions in business and not-for-profit agencies. In addition to teaching, she enjoys assisting her clients in reaching their short-term and long-term personal and professional goals.
