Linda Rudolph is the Director of Human Resources for NDS Americas, the US division of a $200 million + global technology organization, and is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic HR programs. Linda has over 20 years experience as a human resources and employee development professional. Earlier in her career, Linda held several leadership positions in the financial services industry including Assistant Vice President and Training Manager for a commercial bank.
