Biography
Dr. Janice Massmann is the Assistant Dean of the School of Education, overseeing the teacher credential program. She has been at Concordia 1999, teaching classes, developing the Liberal Studies Major, and developing the current California Teacher Credential Program. Before coming to Concordia, Dr. Massmann spent 20 years in the classroom. She taught a variety of grade levels from kindergarten to grade 8. She also has served as a curriculum director and assistant principal.
Dr. Massmann’s dissertation thesis was “A Comparative Study Between Face-to-Face and Online-Hybrid Delivery Formats in Higher Education.” She continues to work with integrating technology and hybrid delivery formats into the curriculum.
