Center for Public Policy

Welcome to the Concordia University Center for Public Policy. The Center brings together diverse points of view within Orange County to focus on critical issues confronting our future. These issues include fiscal sustainability, pension reform, workforce development, government efficiency, social services, public safety, environmental policy and economic development.

Through the Center, Concordia University works with elected officials, labor, business groups, public sector managers and local residents to find solutions to difficult problems and serve as a forum for discussion and dialogue.

"Concordia is well-suited to contribute to the dialogue regarding solutions facing Orange County cities and other southern California local governments. I appreciate the "real world" approach and the broad range of viewpoints assembled by the Center"
- Robert Ming, Council Member, City of Laguna Niguel & Center for Public Policy Board Member
