What does the Alumni Association do?

The Alumni Association is a support group of Concordia University Irvine. It is designed to maintain relationships and communication between the more than 7,000 university graduates. All Concordia University Irvine alumni are invited to be part of the Alumni Association--please update your current contact information so you can receive updates and information on university and alumni events.

An Alumni Association Board of Directors has been established to guide policies and programs for the Alumni Association. If you are interested in finding out about opportunities to serve on the board please email the Alumni Relations Office at alumni@cui.edu. The board is supported by a university-funded professional staff.

The Alumni Relations Office is located in the Alpha building on the second floor, office 208-A. Please let the Alumni Relations Office know if you are going to be in the area or if you would like a tour of campus! We would love to show you around and take you to lunch!

What does the Alumni Relations Office do?

Alumni Relations serves as the office for alumni affairs. Alumni Relations helps the university maintain two-way communication with all of our graduates.

Where is the Alumni Office located?

Our office is located in the Alpha building on the second floor in office 208-A. When visiting, please park in the main parking lot. There is no fee for parking.

When is the Alumni Relations Office open?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and all university holidays. Summer hours may differ.

How can I change my address or name in the Concordia records?

We'd love to have your current home and business information so we can keep you in-the-loop at Concordia. Please call us at (949)-214-3178 or update your profile in our online community.

Where can I get my CUI transcripts?

Graduates and students can request transcripts from the Office of the Registrar. There is a processing fee. Information is available on the Registrar's website.

On behalf of my company, I would like to hire current students as interns. How do I go about doing this?

The Concordia University Career Development Center is ready to assist you and your company or organization. Current students in every major are interested in gaining professional level experience through our campus internship program. We applaud all the triumphs of our alumni and hope you'll want to share them with your fellow graduates in our Class Notes section. We invite you to "brag" about your personal or professional accomplishments, whether it's a promotion, a graduate degree, an addition to your family or any special milestone. I am an alumnus/a. How can I contact a long-lost friend who is also an alumnus/a?

The password protected online community is the perfect tool to reconnect with fellow alumni. Visit alumni.cui.edu to learn how. Can't find that long lost friend in the online community? Use the "Contact Us" form to inquire. We might be able to pass along your information to him or her. For privacy reasons, we do not release contact information without the consent of the individual.

I am an alumnus/a of Christ College Irvine. How can I submit a request for an updated Concordia University diploma?

We would be happy to provide graduates of Christ College Irvine with a new Concordia University diploma. Please contact the Office of the Registrar by email or telephone (949) 854-8002 x1219. A $25.00 fee will be charged.
