International Education Requirements
First Year Students:
Minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.8
Transfer Students:
Minimum cumulative college GPA of 2.3
Knowledge of English as measured by Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or comparable instrument. Minimum TOEFL score is 550 paper-based, 213 computer-based or 79 internet-based.
Concordia accepts both the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) and the CSU General Education Breadth Requirements to fulfill most of the University’s general education requirements.

International Application deadline for Spring enrollment is February 1.

Affidavit of Financial Support
Completed affidavit and supporting documents verifying that the applicant will be able to underwrite their total financial costs during their studies at Concordia University.
Certificate of Bank Balance
The amount the applicant needs to show proof of funding is $42,070. *This is an estimated amount and may change.*
