The Theatre Minor at Concordia allows students to explore the art form and enhance the student's overall educational experience. Students can choose a general minor in theatre or can select a minor in musical theatre.

Notes to musical theatre minor students:
- The student is advised to take either Mus 102 or 201 and Thr 251 as general education courses.
- The student is strongly encouraged to take at least 4 semesters of MuE ensemble credit (vocal or instrumental).
- The student is required to take one semester of private voice at the 300 level in fulfillment of the Applied Music requirement.
