1. Completed Application form
   Online Application (application fee of $50 waived for online applications)


2. Official transcripts (send ASAP) from all colleges and universities attended


3. Personal statement/essay
   Statement of Intent

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree, Associate of Science (AS) degree, Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC), and/or California State University (CSU) certification successfully completed waives general education requirements, but completion not necessary to enter program.
