Find out if you have HOLDS

• Click on MY STUDENT BILL
• Click on MY HOLDS

HOLDS will prevent you from registering online.

Find your FACULTY ADVISOR

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY STUDENT RECORDS
• Click on MY STUDENT INFORMATION
• Primary Advisor will be listed

You will need your Faculty Advisor’s signature on your Annual Course Plan (second semester only).
Undecided students do not have Faculty Advisors.

REGISTER online

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY REGISTRATION
• Click on ADD or DROP CLASSES
• Select the term and click SUBMIT
• Enter your Registration (ALTERNATE) PIN
• Enter the course CRN’s into the fields
• Click SUBMIT CHANGES

Find your CLASS SCHEDULE

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY REGISTRATION
• Click on STUDENT COURSE SCHEDULE

Find your CLASS STATUS/LEVEL

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY REGISTRATION
• Click on REGISTRATION STATUS
• View your class status/level

Priority dates to enroll are assigned by class level.

Look at your TRANSCRIPT

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY STUDENT RECORDS
• Click on MY ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
• Submit transcript levels and type

If your incoming units are not listed, they have either not been received by the Registrar’s Office or have not yet been evaluated.

Find out which classes you need to GRADUATE

• Click on MY CLASSES
• Click on MY STUDENT RECORDS
• Click on DEGREE EVALUATION
• Click on WHAT IF ANALYSIS (located on bottom of page)
• Enter the year you were admitted to CUI
• Enter program/major
• Enter major & click on ADD MORE
• Enter concentration or emphasis (if applicable) and click on ADD MORE
• If you have more than 1 emphasis, input both of them at the same time.
• Click on ADD MORE if you have a double major, minor, etc.
• Click on SUBMIT
• Click on GENERATE REQUEST

Remember the Degree Evaluation serves only as a guide. An academic advisor will verify your degree evaluation and update it if necessary.
