Dian "Mrs. V" Vieselmeyer

Mrs. V earned a B.S. in elementary education and an M.A. as a reading specialist from Concordia Teachers' College in Seward, Nebraska. She has over 25 years of teaching experience in elementary, secondary and college level education. At CUI, Mrs. V developed the freshman program and academic support services for college students. From 1985 to 2004 she served as the Director of Academic Advising for over 2,500 students; most of which have been at her house for dinner at least once! In 2005, she became the Associate Dean and continues to serve as the Director of Academic Advising.

Jennifer Meyer

Jennifer Meyer graduated from Concordia University, Irvine in 1995 with a B.A. in Behavioral Science: Psychology. She began as an academic advisor at Concordia University immediately following graduation. She received her M.A. in Psychology at Pepperdine University in 1997. In 1999, she moved to St. Louis, MO, where she worked as an academic advisor for the St. Louis Community College district. In 2002, her family moved back to California and in 2003, she decided to return to Concordia and now serves as the Associate Director of Academic Advising. Concordia University will always be a place she can call home. She treasures the opportunity to assist students in achieving their academic goals, which will provide a lifetime of opportunities!

Lisa Dore

Lisa Dore earned her degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University. She has been serving CUI students in a variety of ways since 2002. She has worked as a Transfer Counselor, CUA and MBA Advisor and is now serving our traditional undergraduate students. She is excited to be part of the academic advising team. When not at work, Lisa loves spending time with family and friends. She is a California native and her parents emigrated from Italy in 1955. She is also married and has a beautiful son. As your academic advisor she is here to support and guide you through your academic journey.

Angela Min

Angela Min joined the academic advising team in 2012. She earned her B.A. in English from UC Irvine, M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University and M.A. in Counseling from Chapman University. Prior to coming to Concordia, she built academic interventions for English Language Learners, worked with graduate students pursuing credentials in Education and served as a Teacher/ School Counselor in secondary schools. Angela is excited to have the opportunity to serve the students of Concordia as they strive to become knowledgeable leaders in their respective fields.

Tegan Thacker

After finishing a B.A. in Worship Arts at Hope International University in 2004, Tegan spent some time recruiting college students for a mortgage company, which sparked her interest in college Student Affairs. In 2009, she earned a Master's Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Affairs and School Counseling from California State University, Bakersfield. Her experiences in Career Counseling, Commuter Life, and Residence Life have brought her here to Concordia. Tegan enjoys talking with students about their academics, as well as their daily lives, interests, and goals. She also enjoys listening to the Concordia Wind Orchestra rehearse in the building next door while she works.
