Concordia University has successfully completed the application for candidature, which is the first step for full accreditation for the National Athletic Trainers Association. The sequencing of classes creates a new emphasis that will meet most National Association Sport and Physical Education coaching standards up to level 3 - high school coach. Because many of our graduates will work in the fitness industry, it is important that they be given the proper tools to work in that industry. This sequence of classes puts the ESS program in compliance with California standards for teaching credentials.
