Gil Ramirez
MCAA Faculty
Gilbert Ramirez has given 22 years to public education and has served as a physical education teacher, physical education department chair, coach of various sports, director of athletics, as well as secondary teaching assistant principal.
Ramirez is currently serves as Tesoro High School's Athletic Director, in the Capistrano University School District and in his spare time, is an adjunct professor, teaching the MCAA 580 course in the Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration program at Concordia University.
Ramirez was born in Montebello, California and attended Schurr High School, before earning his Bachelors Degree from California State University, Long Beach and Masters Degree from California State University San Bernardino. He currently resides in Mission Viejo, California with his wife, Catherine and children, Tyler and Johana.
