IRVINE, CA --- Bonnie Wurzbacher, Senior Vice President of the Coca-Cola Company, is the keynote speaker for Concordia University Irvine’s upcoming 8th Annual Faith & Business Forum. Wurzbacher will discuss a Christian perspective that she has developed over the past 30 years while serving in a variety of leadership roles in a company with a $1.6 billion portfolio.

Wurzbacher will also give her perspective on the role of business, which is to advance the economic well being of communities around the world. Through Coca-Cola’s Global “5 BY 20,” she is helping lead a global commitment to economically empower five million women entrepreneurs by 2020.

The “5 by 20” initiative is creating more jobs and business expertise throughout the company’s sales and distribution system in more than 200 countries. It is also improving women entrepreneurs’ access to financing, business skills and networks in developing countries.

Concordia University Irvine hosts the Faith & Business Forum to offer opportunities for business professionals and students to learn how to integrate Christian values and beliefs at work.
